We re-geared my bike this week and I got my first chance to try it out on Sunday! We were supposed to race on Friday night and were looking forward to a great bike turnout, but the event was cancelled due to rain. We got some good passes in on Sunday and found the gearing was easy to get used to since I had recently ridden two geared S1000’s. We are now crossing the finish line in sixth gear versus fifth gear previously. Thanks to Vortex for the hook up on my sprockets and EK Chain for the awesome drag chain.
