Women’s Moto Show

We traveled from Texas to California to enter Blackbriar in the Women’s Motorcycle Show. All the bikes in the show were built by and for women and the show was put on by the amazing MotoLady herself! The event took place in Downtown Los Angles at the Lucky Wheels Garage and had over 3,500 people in attendance. There was live music, tons of raffles, and even a food truck. The Real Deal ladies were there doing demos– welding with Jessi Combs, pinstriping with Theresa Contreras, and blacksmithing with Joy Fire. I was thrilled to get to do a one-on-one welding session with Jessi and picked up some good tips! We had a great time hanging out at the show with our pals and making new friends who all have a shared love for bikes. At the end of the night I was the guest of honor that got to beat up on a piñata while wearing a welding helmet. On top of all that Blackbriar won Best of Show! It was such an honor to win that at such an awesome show. It was a great weekend and a pretty rad way to kick off 2019!
