We were back out at Heartland Park for their Street Legal races this weekend. Thanks to Engle Motors for keeping us on the track while our bike is in the shop! I was glad to have my pit crew there for support and also quite a few other friends, including some new friends, Kraig and Luke, who are regulars at the HPT road course but come out to the drag strip when there’s no track events going on. I got to race a nitrous ZX-10 again a couple times; I had raced him at MAM a few weeks ago and won by just 0.03. I like racing him because it is always close and pushes me to go faster! My fastest pass of the night was an 8.829, a new best for me at HPT.
