Met My Goal, On to the Next

We got the white bike back from Engle Motors just in time for the last weekend that Heartland Park will be open. I had set a goal at the beginning of the season to run a 8.65 ET this year in the quarter mile. Our last few races were at 1/8 mile tracks and I got some of my best passes yet, which we calculated should work out to meeting my 1/4 mile goal, but I wanted a 1/4 mile time slip to prove it! Today I ran two 8.65 passes and then an 8.64! I was so thrilled to not only meet but exceed my goal. Chris was stoked too, because now he can spend the off-season with a happy rider! Thanks to everyone who has supported me this year, especially Chris McKinnon and Engle Motors; couldn’t have done it without you.
